I have to send out an email from CRM on-premise to the user on the same domain I have a AD user and email, whats the best way to get this to send it? as it currently sits on the pending send? Do i have to use the email router?

    Hi,

    To send eamil out of CRM, you need to setup email integration,yes, you can use email router. I will suggest you to go through this technet.microsoft.com/.../dn531109.aspx and look for option which is best suited for your environment.

    Hi,

    you can use email router or server side sync, take a look on below articles on how does it work. I will go for server side sync.
