Bing maps not displaying

I cannot get maps to display on forms.

They are activated/enabled in admin settings, added to the form & configured to link to an address and be visible. However the actual map object (including the title that should be visible) does not display either in preview or when published.

What am I missing?

    have you been ever able to successfully integrate Bing maps for this CRM Online organization before? Which language is set as a base language and under which country have you registered it?

    AFAIK Bing integration with CRM Online ins`t working in some countries (From my experience this is happening in Europe).

    Hi Nina. Base language is English, registration is Hong Kong.

    No, have never successfully integrated Bing.

    Hi Dan,

    many thanks for this information. I verified that the Bing Map feature is currently not available for a few countries, including China. We don't have yet information about if and when this feature will be made available for these markets too.

    Hi Nina,

    Our customer uses Dynamics CRM online and

    when the user shifts the language to English the Maps work fine

    when the users shifts the language to Greek the Maps stop working.

    Can you help us on this issue?

    Is there any update on this issue?

    To add more information to your case; I have spooled up a new Dynamics365 instance and I am experiencing the same issue. I have an existing organisation on a separate Office365 tenancy and the functionality is working as expected. Both instances are on Version 8.2.1 the only difference is the one (the one that's working) is using the crm4.dynamics url (EMEA datacentres) whereas my latest environment is using crm11.dynamics (which I believe is the new UK datacentres??).

    Does anyone know when is this scheduled to be resolved?
