At the end of the workday, I want to see just how many phone calls, emails, new accounts, new opportunities etc that I have created. Is there a way for me to pull this report if I am not a manager? Thank you.

Go to Sales>>Reports>>New
Give it a name, select 'Activities' as related entity and click on report wizard button
Start a new report and click next
Type name and select Primary record type
Apply the filter as shown below and enter your name in the owner, click next
Add columns and grouping
Select Table only
Click Next and Finish
Run report
Note: If in case you do not have necessary security roles & privileges for reporting, you might not be able to perform this action. But under reports if you can see 'new button' it means you have privileges
