Use Microsoft Teams phone in Dynamics 365 Contact Center

Hi there,
 
I'm looking to connect Teams Phone numbers with Dynamics Contact Center. I have done the process as it is outlined such as:
Currently via PowerShell, I have the Application ID set to the Dynamics App ID as well as the other identified pieces for configuration.(Refer to screenshot
 
I have pressed the Sync button with the CsOnlineApplicationInstance and I have not seen it sync despite it saying 'Resource running successfully'
 
I appreciate any feedback or fixes that I should make regrading connecting Teams Phone Numbers with Dynamics Contact Center.
