I am trying to run the reconciliation using the HITB Reset Tool.

However, I am getting the following error message:

"Average Item receipt QTY on hand does not equal IV QTY on hand"

    Hi Ozle,

    Have you tried running Checklinks and Reconcile on Inventory ??
