Is it possible to dynamically resize a form section based on it's content?

Hi,

We've made a custom ordering system in react w/ sanity forms that we've embedded in a table form. The sanity form size varies based on how much input it takes.
Is it possible to dynamically resize the section the app is embedded in based on how big content inside is? The specific order sanity form is selected from a dropdown, so there won't be any onChange event fired nor will the desired size for the section be available before the user has picked a form.

We primarily want to dynamically resize the section to avoid section-scrolling on big sanity forms.

We are using our own custom app, but the base of it is the sales app.

In fact, we can't even manually customize the size of section in the form.

It can be dynamically resized according to the content inside:

The presence or absence of scroll bars depends on the size of the form.

We can't resize form, but we can achieve our goal through adjusting the resolution of your browser:
