I'm getting the following error when trying to qualify a lead that shows that there is an error creating a dealer. In our solution "Dealer" refers to what we typically call an account. We have renamed it in our solution as Dealer.
I have attached the error that pops up and also the errors i see in the console on hitting inspecting element.
I have not experienced this issue before and therefore I'm not sure how to fix it.
Any and all help will be appreciated.
Also could someone tell me what ISV Code means?

Did you create any workflow/plugin related to the entity? ISV code error usually is caused by the error in workflow/plugin. And have you successfully qualified a lead after you change the 'Account' to 'Dealer'?
