Duplicating customer statements when printing.

Last Fall we started having an issue when we were printing our customer statements. It would print 50 then start over, print over 100 and start again. We were never able to figure out what the cause was but it stopped after our update in February to 10.0.29. We just updated this last week to 10.0.32 and low and behold today when we started printing statements we are getting duplicates again.

Has anyone else had this issue? If so were you able to resolve it?

I haven't had this exact same problem but, do you have any code customisations that could affect it? Is the jobs query modified heavily (by the user) when it is run? Sometimes clearing the usage data for that job/class can resolve issues like this. Is it run in batch? How many customers are there? Are you sending the statements by mail by any chance?
