Outlook Add-In Connected to the wrong Tenant, no possibility to change and/or logout :(

Hello, 

For a user, he initially connected to the Test env. in a given company. Since then, the company has been deleted and we would like to switch to Prod Env. But for that user, in the Outlook component, he get the message that the company doesn't exist....without the "LogOut" or "Change company" buttons :( So we're basically stucked for that user. We tried to clear Edge cache = No change. Reployed the Addin from BC = No change, Checked the XML file in BC and it has the right Path to the Prod. company. 

Is there a way to force the logout? Is there a local file that Outlook is using?

They're using BC SAAS
