How to prevent to customize (in email client Outlook) forwarded email form

Good day!

When emails send from CRM and client forward email, in forwarded email form becomes editable (forwarded by email client Outlook - online or desktop).

Is it possible prevent to customize the form of the emails when it forwarding?

Hi,

This is by design behavior, its not only sending email from CRM, if you send email from outlook and try to forward the same, you can edit the email body and other details while forwarding.
