Mehran, thanks bro for your solution, it works and it is fast.
But could you provide the code or fragment how you've achieved such performance? Or at least share the algo, because we are afraid to use closed source app without knowing what is inside.
We'll be appreciate.
I also had search problem in Microsoft Dynamics until I developed my own solution.
its simple and fast to use!
You can use it now

The article below indicates that by enabling full text search, transaction log will grow. Did you notice any issues like that?
For Microsoft Dynamics 365 (on-premises) administrators
When you enable full-text indexing for a database with a large number of columns, the size of the transaction log of the organization database may increase. We recommend you monitor and consider shrinking the transaction log. More information: MSDN: Manage the Size of the Transaction Log File
The aspects of resource consumption for full-text indexing are different from standard indexing, which may lead to SQL Server performance issues. Performance can especially be affected during the initial full-text indexing for all Quick Find text fields. More information: MSDN: Improve the Performance of Full-Text Indexes > Common Causes of Performance Issues
Index creation is a background process, so for large amounts of data serviced by busy SQL Servers, it can take several hours to multiple days for the full-text indexes to fully complete.
I recently enable this for one of my customer's environments and it seems like performance has improved for most of the searches.
There is no performance issues. In fact it will give you better response time . But this will be applicable only to single line text and multiline text.
Hi,
you can refer to below article. In her environment, it seems that the performance is improved.
