Collection Fax Setup information missing or damaged

We installed GP 2010 R2 on a new CITRIX server (new version of CITRIX).  User getting message "Collection Fax Setup information is missing or damaged.  How do I diagnose this and resolve?

    you need to go to Tools>>Setup>>Sales>>Collection Management Local Setup and you can put in any printer if you don't have a fax printer.  

    But something has to be there in case someone hits fax.  Now, most people use pdf's and just send them, but 10 years ago people used Fax Printers.
