Hello,

i have a question:

Is it possible to place two triggers in a row in a customer journey? To get more nested conditions?

Thank you!

Best Regards

Jennifer

    Hello Vivek,

    thank you! That is great.

It would be good to mention this also in the documentation in Microsoft Dynamics for Marketing. It says that the trigger must stand alone and no nested triggers are possible.

    Best Regards

    Hi Jenni221,

    Thanks for reaching out!!

Yes it is possible to place two triggers in a row in a customer journey. You can consider below example :

    Image-2.PNG

Here Activity #1 takes place if Email if not opened. Activity #2 takes place if Email is opened but none of the links clicked. And Activity #3 takes place if Email if opened and any link is clicked.

    I hope this helps!!

    Regards

    Vivek Singh
