Unable to connect Environment via PowerBI

Hi,

I'm trying to connect via PowerBI to one of my CDS environments.  We are trying to load the CoE and DLP and we need to access the environment where these are located.  I can see the data when I access the applications directly with my Admin Account.  I'm using my admin account in all applications...

When I try to connect to the environment I get the error message 'Access to the resource is forbidden'

I've cleared the cache as advised from blogs, but still no joy.  I can access other environments though which seems strange??

Without going through the whole permissions criteria, does anyone know why this could be happening?
