Can you please suggest me where and how to increase "timedOut" limit in SSRS report ?
Please give me more shed on this.

Why do you want to increase it? If the reason is that the report usually did not finish in time, this should be the last option. First you should always try to optimize the report, which has a lot possibilities. Did you make tracing to find out where are the weak points in performance lost? Did you check the execution logs both in reporting SQL and in the SSRS logs on the AOS? Did you check where do you loose performance - in AX side or maybe when the report server tries to give back the result set? I would rather go for these, before doing anything with the timout.
