Gaps in SSRS Barcode printing stickers

Hi everyone,some body tell me the reason why there are gaps in barcode printing although the barcode is fine in pdf view.

As you can see in attached screen shot,next barcode is printing after 4 gaps of stickers. Don't know the reason.Please guide me.It is crystal report in Ax 2012.I am also attaching design for reference.

Hi Faran Baig,

Is there any gaps in the data for which bar code is generated. e.g DECALS 114 B7?

The space after item name DECALS and 114 will add space in bar code. Is this true for you?

Hi Sagar,

No,actually i should say blank pages or stickers for barcode of item like DECALS 114 B7 are coming after print,as you see in screenshot ,4 blank stickers are coming between the 2 barcodes printed(for a single item),if i set pages 3 to print at the time of print,then printer is giving 12 stickers,only 3 of them are printed with barcode(requirement is achieved),rest are blank.and next barcode on sticker is printing after 4 blank stickers,dont know why.I want just 3 pages/stickers to be printed,dont want these extra blank pages/stickers.

Hi Faran Baig,

I fear now I follow you what you mean.

For trying to print one label you are getting 4 blank stickers after that.

This is for sure label paper size issue. If I have designed a label for to be printed in 4*1 space and I use paper label size 4*5 then on giving print it will print on the first and leave lots of blank space.

So a label which takes 4*1 printed space should use 4*1 paper size in design.

I mean its like writing one line in A4 paper and then giving a print command.

Please see if your label size in design is in syn with paper label dimensions.

Thanks Sagar,it worked,the issue was with printer settings,which were not configured according to report label size and 4*1 setting was missing.

Sagar can you please tell me one more thing how to get duplicate report on the double sticker roll(2 columns).As you see in below attached picture bar code is printing on one sticker,and second column sticker in parallel is getting wasted(As this is roll having two stickers/columns).
