Hi< can anyone help on setting up a Job Queue to Auto Post Sales Invoices, I thought i had set up correctly, but nothing seems to happen??????
Hi,
Please share the screen shot of Job Queue that you have setup. Otherwise how can one figure out the issue.
Image attached and the parameters used, once scheduled to run, do i need to do anything, or should the invoices start posting?
Put the Job Queue on Hold.
Remove starting time.
Add all days in the Recurrence.
Put 1 minute in the No of Minutes to run.
Restart Job queue
Check after 5 minutes if this has created some Job queue entries.

Hi, nothing has been posted by using the setup indicated, the job says ready but doesn't post, I have set the background posting on the sales & receivables tab, is there any other setup required anywhere? do I have to do anything to the Sales Invoices?
Yes, put the flag on for Background post with Job queue. Also use the same Job queue category that is on your Job queue.
