New Bank Account Error linked to Contacts

Good Morning,

I have a newly set up company, with no transactions yet. I had started creating bank accounts a while ago, and today I needed to create another one. However I'm getting the following error:

These are my previously created bank accounts:

This is how my general ledger setup is set up:

and my no. series:

Any idea what the issue is and why the bank is being associated with the contact ?

Check "Marketing Setup" in the Interactions - recheck the Bus.Relation Code for Bank Accounts.

Based on the screenshot showing "Bank associated with Contact", and the specific error message, this strongly suggests that you have a third-party extension or customization installed that is attempting to automatically link bank accounts to contacts (or is performing some validation related to contacts during bank account creation)

@Sohail Ahmed - This is a brand new tenant. There are no customisations as yet.
