Vendor Maintenance Audit Reports?

Hi - we are trying to implement some detective controls surrounding adding or changing vendor information in Vendor Maintenance. Does anyone know of any good audit reports that we can print out of GP at the end of the month to identify new vendors added or changed vendors by the user that initiated the add/change? Thanks!
