Opportunity "created on" date breaks after "Refresh from Dynamics 365"

Hi, I have an opportunity view that I export in a dynamic Excel.
I open the Excel and all looks good. After I hit the 'Refresh from Dynamics 365' button in the Excel file, some "created on" dates go xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (dates are 'too long' to be displayed).
Any idea why that is and why some dates are affected and others are not?

Thanks in advance for the help!

Does it still display xxxx.. when you expand the column?

Actually, we found the resolution: I had to change my options > format > English (United States).
