when plugin will failed what happen in the prevalidation and preoperation and post operation in ms crm

Hello,
When we use InvalidPluginExecutionException it rollbacks any additional code executed on Pre-operation and Post-operation irrespective of it being Synchronous or Asynchronous, but Pre-validation operation allows processing the actions written, before throwing invalid plugin exception.

Hi,
Pre-Operation and Post-Operation runs under database transaction so failure of either of them will cause the whole operation to rollback.
However pre-validation runs outside database transaction so whatever operation you do, pre-validation will persist even if the plugin fails.
