Hoping someone can assist with this issue. I have changed a tenant from using the outlook plugin to pure SSS for Email tracking.
We completed the below test
Created contact records as below
test 1 with xxx@sky.com
Test 2 with xxx@sky.co
test 3 with xxx@sky.com
Sent internal email to an the xxx@sky.com email address.
We sent a reply from the sky.com email address.
This email in CRM has tracked against record for Test 2 with email address xxx@sky.co. This email address is incomplete in CRM.
Anyone have any idea how this could have happened?
