How to find portal Contacts in CRM advanced find

Hi,

I want to find portal contacts in CRM advanced find.

Tried Username and password Hash contains data doesn't work.

Please help me with this!!

Hi,

If a contact has an account of portal, then his Username field shall contains data.

Could you share me more details why your filter criteria(Username and password Hash) doesn't work? Do you mean that you want to query portal contacts who registered during a specific period?

Also, please try Profile Modified On and Security Stamp field.

Hi, users coming from external authentication won't have the Password Hash field populated, but they will have a username, so you can use just that

You may need to provide more details about what you need it for.

All contacts created from the Portal itself will be created by a System user

All contacts originated in CRM then invited to the portal will have a portal invitation (and if redeemed a corresponding redemption record)

Contacts that are enabled will have the Login Enabled flag set Yes

Contacts with external identity provider (e.g. Facebook) will have an External Identities related record to the Contact

If you do not allow anonymous or authenticated default functionality (exists by default) - the contact will have a Web Role assigned to be able to use the portal.

Hi Susritha,

You could try following filter criteria to find contacts who are created from Azure AD.

Because if a contact sign in portal with Azure AD at first time, then the security stamp will still contain data,(like other contacts who follow normal registration process)

however, due to he don't need to input password, thus the password hash field might be blank.
