When we try to use the automatic update for the 2012 tax tables the process hangs. From looking at the SQL tables the old values have been deleted but no new values have been added in either table affected. Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi Bob,
Whenever I have this happen I just download the tax.cab file and choose manual update.
It does not answer why you are getting the error, but my main objective is gwtting the tax tables loaded. Funny thing though is that the next time I update the tax tables there was no error. Go figure.

Are you in GP as 'sa' when applying the tax update? Have you tried doing this from a different computer and/or the server?
