Dear All,

I recently stumbled across an error when I customized the "Account" entity. I posted the error message within the next lines and was wondering if some of has a resolution, because I can’t explain the error by myself.


"There was an error with this field's customized event"

Field:window
Event:Onload
Error:Unable to get property 'getValue' of undefined or null reference

"SCRIPT5007: Caught exception occurred : Unable to get property '_events' of undefined or null reference 
global.ashx, line 5 character 58707"

    Hi,

    Do we have any Onload scripts applied on the Account form if yes then try disabling the scripts from the form and check if we are still getting the same error. This will let us know if the issue is due to the scripts that you have applied on the form.

    Hello,

    Indeed, it was due to a still active and enabled script which wasn't in use anymore. I deleted the script and it works fine since then.
