i would like to know if its possible to download the whole list of report configured in AX to excel.

Can you provide some more details about your requirement like the meaning of configured reports. If you want to know the list of reports available out of box, below link helps you.

But for additional information you can shall I say it can rather possible to download it by changing the Destination into File and select the excel file and it will be saved.
