Scheduled e-mail does not send

I have recently begun using CRM for Marketing.  When I send a new e-mail immediately, it sends perfectly. However, when I set-up an e-mail to send on a future date and time, the status automatically changes to DRAFT and it does not send... Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hi,

     How do you set it up to send on a future date? Are you just creating an email and saving it? If yes, you may have to open it manually and click send button when the time comes. Or, instead of setting it up that way, you might use a workflow(it will wait till some date, and, then, will use send email action)

    Hi,

    If an Email Send that you have set to automatically send at a future time does not send at that time, there are a few possible causes. The most common cause is that the Send button was clicked before the "Send on Date and Time" was actually saved to the Email Send record.
