Hi,
The mobile user experience for our business first marketing email is very poor. Some examples: the header text is displayed incorrectly and CTA buttons is bulked at the bottom of the email instead of following the content it belongs to, the way its been developed. How can I fix this? Many thanks

Could you please create a support ticket (and include HTML code of your email) so that our team can investigate the issue?
In the support ticket: please share your orgID and information on how the email got created (i.e. fully in D365 Marketing email editor using dragging and dropping, or in some external tool).

Did you create the emails using the built-in editor? Or did you custom code outside of D365 and copy/paste? And did you use the available tools to preview and test across device sizes, OS's, and mail clients? And, to that point, which mobile OS, device, and mail client are you seeing issues in? If you can also share some screenshots that would be very helpful.
If you can share the marketing email HTML code, I think it will be helpful to solve this problem.
