Hi, we have 3 company set up in our Business Central. All of the are Production Live. One company is perfectly working, but another company has an issue with Approval Entries not showing, Approval Request Entries is empty as well but the Sent Email Notification is working.

Does anybody know what is the problem? Please let me know. Thank you

Does the table contain data for that company? You could check via table information. Might be worth considering something like this to help users view all their approvals: joshanglesea.wordpress.com/.../

Hi,

Pls stop Job queue of First Company and check the approval functionality in Second company. If it is working. pls reply, then i will explained the reason.

Hi Amit, I set the Job Queue to Ready and send test approval request, Approval Entries are showing now. However, there's no sent email notification recorded. Please let me know if you have other Idea for this another issue.
