We have 3 organisations under the subscription of CRM Online, they are all 3 on the 8.1.0.538 update and all 3 configured to use server side sync but for some reason I can only see the Server Side Sync Dashboard in the Dev environment. I've tried to create a solution with the dashboard and import in the others but no lucky, solution is imported empty.. If a go to settings -> Email configuration -> Server Side Synchronization Monitoring it will redirect to the dashboards page but for the default dashboard and if I click in the arrow down there's no Server Side Sync Dashboard option.
Any ideas on how to enable the dashboard or what could be reason for this?
