    Hi Naresh,

I still believe the problem is down to either not having a functional currency setup, or not being registered for Multicurrency Management.  Can you check the 2 previous windows I mentioned and let me know what you find?

    Thank you,
    Justin

    Hi Justin,

    Thanks for your reply

    what happening is

in sales order window currency id is disabled, but in customer card level it's enabled

now am trying to create sales order through e-connect

in my order object i didn't fill any currency id but e-connect taking it from parent level (Customer Group) how to stop this.

i tried to pass null value in my object in that case also it saying same issue

"The Currency ID does has not been granted access to the company database Node Identifier Parameters: taUpdateCreateCustomerRcd CUSTNMBR"

    Thanks,

    Naresh.Sangana

    Hi Naresh,

Please try attaching your screenshot again.

Have you identified the Functional Currency in (Tools - Setup - Financial - Multicurrency)?

Are you registered for Multicurrency Management (Tools - Setup - System - Registration)?

    Thanks,

    Justin
