Hello - I am familiar with other CRMS but I am new to Microsoft Dynamics CRM. I am looking for resources I can use or subscribe to self-educate myself. Videos, YouTube channels, blogs, etc.

Do you have any recommendations?

    If you are a team member at a CRM partner there is a paid training program that has just become available.

    Otherwise the best resource for a list of all the great places to learn on line is from the resource chapter in the CRM Field Guide book. The book is also an outstanding resource on its own.

    I would recommend downloading the trial software for 30 days. I would also recommend the reading of CRM

    Online 2011 quick reference.

    Sumit - Thank you! The user and administrator guides are highly valuable. I downloaded them and saved them and will use them as a reference.

    Others - If I wanted to stay current on new developments, be aware of how others are using it, etc., do you recommend any blogs?
