    Hello my friend,

First of all you should open the reports in your visual studio solution and point the data sources on the CRM 2016 data base.

Test them on your visual studio and make sure thay are working fine. after that regenerate the rdl and deploy them one more time in CRM.

If still have problem please post the error messag ethat is deplayed.

    Hope this works.

    Hi Saad,

Actually there is no error on the screen or in the event viewer,i saw in the report builder the report is working fine and parameters are shown in a normal way.

The above image i showed is the issue, where the view report button and even parameters are not rendered and clickable.

The only error i see is below in event viewer but its not frequent.

Report Server (MSSQLSERVER) cannot load the TERADATA extension.

Report Server (MSSQLSERVER) cannot load the SQLPDW extension.

Report Server (MSSQLSERVER) cannot load the ORACLE extension.

    Any suggestions please ?

    Hello my friend,

    i would suggest :

1- Log in to the report server where ur reports are deployed, and go to servername/.../ and go to one of your reports details and verify each one of the connection  managers , you will find a 'TEST CONNECTION' button linked to each one of them. i think this may be the main problem.

2- enabling Tracer and try opening the report to see more details on the error.

    Hope this helps my friend.

I tried first point but all same

then i tried your second suggestion and it showed me an error of the organization you are trying to connect is disabled.

I have two organizations here one is disabled the default one the other one was imported into the system which is production.

How can i solve this problem? I dont want to enable the other organization but shouldnt the report server be working with multiple instance in the CRM ?

    getting closer to the issue

    Hi Saad,

Found out the issue but its strange.

We have two environments in our setup.

One is default installation vanila version, the other is the imported organization which we are using as primary.

The default organization was disabled hence the reports were not working in the other imported organization.

When i enabled that one the reports are working fine and with proper data of new imported organization data.

Any solution to this strange behavior?

    Thanks in advance !

    Hi Waqas Latif

I'm facing a problem similar to the one you describe.

If you have reached the solution, can you offer a few ideas about the solution?
