Please provide more context and information, like your app.json, launch.json and the BC Saas sandbox info.

    1. Remove any explicit references to the 'System Application' and 'Base Application' from the dependencies array in your app.json file.
    2. specify the appropriate version of the 'Application' using the application property in app.Json

    Try this:
    app.json
    • Clear the dependencies.
    • Use "application": "25.0.0.0", and same for platform
    launch.json
    • make sure environment name has the correct sandbox name
Once you can download the symbols without dependencies, then try adding them again, and make sure they are correct the that app is also installed in that sandbox.

The following method can be used in BC25
Business Central 2023 wave 2 (BC23): Open Visual Studio Code (Debugging) from web client to investigate or troubleshoot extensions

    Hope this helps as well.
    Thanks.

Just specify the application version as 25.0.0.0 and based on the launch.json and the environment it will download the symbols of that specific version

What if you upgrade the sandbox to 25.5 or create a new one and try to download symbols from the upgraded or new one?
