Is there any way to attach a PDF of an invoice to the corresponding payables entry in MS GP 2010?

You can use the Notes / OLE functionality to add the scan of the invoice.
If you're using something like M-Files or another document management system you could develop a link from the PM Document enquiry window that will open the PDF based on a URL.
