I just duplicated the HcmPersonIdentificationNumberEntity entity, modified and moved to Sandbox, but I could not find on the data entities list. I tried to refresh the entity list (Data management>Framework parameters>Entity settings>Refresh entity list), but data refresh is also not showing success message even after refresh the page.
Any idea?

Refresh entity list in framework parameters in data management workspace.
Did it work when you tested it in a test environment? How did you move it?
Didn't you forget to change the label of the entity?
I am facing this issue on the sandbox environment. It worked fine on the development.
I changed the label also.
If the data refresh entity list did not work as well,
Simply click new on the data entities list page and call up your entity in the target entity field and save.
apart from duplicating, did you change the names? maybe that can cause an issue? like label, public name, etc?
