SOP Line Item jumps backwards after 9th line item entered GP2013R2 (12.00.1826)

Just had a customer demo to me that after they had entered in 9 line items on an SOP Order/Return that after they tab off the ninth and subsequent lines it jumps back up to the 9th line item. This is a pain in the neck when they have large orders and are hand entering. for Line 10, 11, 12 etc when they complete the entry on the line it jumps back up to line 9 and then they have to go back down to the next line. Has anyone else seen this happen before and how do you fix.

My thoughts are:

Have they got any modifications or 3rd party products that are malfunctioning?

Does this happen using line detail view and scroll window to as entry points

Try disabling extra addin products if they exist and see if it still does it on a clean GP client.

It certainly sounds like a fun one to track down.

I have the same questions as TIm on this one. I had opened up my own environment using the same Dynamics GP version and couldn't replicate it.

Please let us know if there are any third parties installed within Dynamics GP.

I have experienced the same issue on one of our client where they have very old customization from version 8 working and they faced the same problem when they upgrade to GP 2013. After debugging a code found it sanscript coding issue. So yes, if you have customizations disabled it, or any third party product also disable it but do it one by one so you will come to know what is causing issue.
