how can I add a shortcut to create a new case and new contact on USD. kindly see the attach picture that where i want the insert the shortcut.

"Coach", I don't know about that Srikanth! You taught me USD.
I agree the post you showed explains how to create an entity from the main toolbar and open a session for that entity. If that is what is needed then it could be adapted for cases and contacts.
But it is more common to start the session on a contact or account and then want to add a case. As you normally want to set the customer field on the case to either a contact or an account. So typically the toolbar button is better placed in a navigation toolbar on the contact or account. (Or maybe even an answer in an agent script if you are using those.) I have another post which describes an alternative approach.
