Hi there!
I have a requirement from our client to import hundreds of email templates into Dynamics. These email templates were exported from a legacy system.
Is there a way to create or import email templates in bulk, rather than entering/copy-pasting them into Dynamics one by one?
Any insight on if there’s a better way to do this other than one by one would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Criabell,
We can bulk import email templates into D365 as a solution.
First, create a new solution in the old instance and add email templates.
After adding the email templates, save and publish the solution, then export it.
Go to the new instance, import the solution, these email templates will be created into the new environment in batches.
