master planning Issue

Hi,

I have run the master planning for an item and the production lead time of the item is 4 days but it is going up to 1 month.

Analysis:

1. i noticed that there is a Gap between two operations(approx. 25 days gap) which is causing the delay in the production.

2. I have checked the calender and capacity availability and both are available.

3. I have unchecked the find trade agreements check box, So the lead time of the raw material should not be a problem.

has anyone faced the problem?is there anything else that I need to check??

Awaiting your responses!!!Thank you!
