Sql Server 2016 Report Printing

Posted on by 390

Hi,

We are using Dynamics CRM 2016 on premise with SQL Server 2016.

We are facing issue while printing the report in CRM. When we click the print button we are prompted with error as below.

"The report server could not find the internal resource '2015.130.1601.05' rsclientprint.cab(rsInternalResourceNotFound)"

We have already enabled all the ActiveX control settings in IE. But the error still persists.

Please let me know how to resolve the issue.

Thanks,

    Hi Alanliu

Please make sure client side printting is enable and the report viewer is registered and loaded successfully.

Please follow the link below for more info on these

    Hello,

Since it is on-premises environment, you can open the Reporting Extensions server and open the event viewer to see if there are more error details.

    Regards,

    Charles Abi Khirs.
