Customizing what shows on the Timeline

Hi - I was wondering if it is possible to customize what details appear on the timeline? For example, for the phone call below, the subject line shows (meeting setup) along with the time stamp.

However, for Phone Calls, a field I would like displayed is Phone Call Type which advises if the call was Outgoing/Inbound/Voicemail/Not In. Is there a way to have that field displayed within the timeline for quick glance?

If so, how do you make that update?

    Hi JhoustonBGCDA,

You can customize the phone call card form in the timeline.

Navigate to the form of the entity you are using, then find phone call in the timeline section:

You can't change layout of the default form:

So you need select another card form and customize it:

You can refer the following link to add fields you need to correct section:

    1. ColorStrip Section: This section doesn't appear on the timeline record. The ColorStrip is located on the left of the card form.
    2. Header Section: This section is displayed on the timeline record; however, only the first two columns are displayed on the timeline record. For this example, only the Subject and Modified On columns are visible.
    3. Details Section This section is displayed on timeline record; however, only the first three columns are displayed on the timeline record. For this example, only the ToCC and Description columns are visible on the timeline record.
    4. Footer Section. This section isn't displayed on the timeline record.

So you need add Type field into Header Section or Details Section, if you want to show it in the timeline.

    Hi JhoustonBGCDA,

    1.Access Power apps:

    https://make.preview.powerapps.com/

2.Select correct environment in the top right corner of the page and navigate to Dataverse > Tables > Find the table you are using:
