Hi mate,

I have an empty field, which name is Close date on a Case. On the case, I have a modified on which is the close date. I want to import the modified on , origin close date, to this field that is empty. When I try with a wf and business rule, it sets the Close date (modified on), right now, I want to modify on that was before, not the new modified on.

Any ideas?

How would I know, what changes you have done?

If it was working before, u might have changed something; have u?

@prashanth shukla ..... when the status is closed immediately closed on date should come.. before it was comming but now its not comming .i dnt know y..once i refresh the page closed on is showing but before refreshing they need closed on

Hi Sandeep,

Try creating a business rule

If status = closed

Action>> set closed on- field- modified on

i guess it should work immediately

is it possible to get closed on date immediately after clicking status closed and save but before refresshing
