I have configured business document management parameters in my environment. When I try to edit the template in excel or word it gives the following error:

"Someone has this workbook locked.- We're sorry. We couldn't lock this file for editing. Would you like to try again?"

Did you try to clean caches and try it again?Did others face the issue while editing the template?

Thanks Alireza for your reply.

I have configured an access permission, but later I have disabled the "Apply configured access permissions" toggle. So I think it should not have any impact on document editing access.
