Hello,

If you are creating fixed compensation for an employee, you can access Plans on Fixed compensation plans page in Compensation management module.

You can also access this page by hovering your mouse over Plan field and then right click -> view details.

When fixed compensation plans are maintained properly, then in the drop down list of this Plan field, only plans that this employee is eligible for will be listed there.

Eligibility rules can be set on Eligibility rules page.
