Form 1095-C

We upgraded in October and now the only months that it is showing insurance coverage for on the 1095-C Form is for October - December.  How can I fix that?  Also why is it printing 1095-C forms for inactive employees as employees that did not have any wages this year?  How can I correct that as well?

You'll probably want to take a look at this  post: community.dynamics.com/.../gpye2015aca

There is a SQL script you'll need to run to fix the issue of printing 1095-C forms for inactive employees who didn't work in 2015.

As for the 10/1 start dates, when you setup the ACA codes on the heath insurance plans, the start date is based on the user date in which you set this up. So you can go back and change the user date 1/1/15, and then roll down the HR benefit plans again. When you run the YE close again this should be fixed.

Keep in mind that closing the YE again will have an impact on any W-2 edits you've made though, so be careful with that. If you cannot go through the YE close again because of the W-2 impact, you'll need to edit the tables directly.

Definitely check out the page from Terry Heley though. A lot of great info in there.
