Widget between Web and CRM to track visit behaviour and create leads?

Hello guys,

Do you guys know a working example of an API layer that by using a Widget (like a chat window storing cookies) in my Website records every user experience, clicks, navigation? and then create activities in CRM that are recorded only if the user provide his email or details?

What I would like to achieve in particular is to be able to see what my customers are watching in my website and depending of what they are watching I will then send some more info, I need this info stored in CRM.

Any example or help is welcome.
