Hello Folks,
I currently got this requirement of updating sitemap for FS Mobile application where the customer doesn't want Home/Pinned/Recent Subareas in navigation.
All suggestions are welcomed.

I'm not aware of any way to hide those, nor not sure you really should anyway. Remember, sometimes we don't have to say yes to every client request.

The feature is planned for 2021 release wave 2 plan:

In addition, makers can toggle the visibility of the Home, Pin, and Recent items to have them hidden to remove the fixed items at the top of the site map.
So it can be achieved now in modern app designer:
Go to Power Apps ,select correct environment, navigate to Apps to select FS Mobile application and edit it.
From the Navigation pane, select Navigation bar to set these options.
