Hi All,
I am trying to import a excel file called "User Information", which contains the list of active users i need to enable in D365. Whenever i try to import this file it partially succeeds but no users on that file are enabled within the environment. Is there a issue with the template itself? I am made sure all the users on this list are already imported into D365 as well. Any suggestions would be helpful .

Hi Aneed,I work in Microsoft and would like to help.In order to access Dynamics CE the user need to be in Azure, have a valid license assigned and if the organization has a security group applied the user need to be in that security group too.Can you please provide more information like if you are in an on-premise or online environment?
Hi,
You can not directly import user information in D365.
You will have to do it from portal.office.com as User gets created in office 365 and synced in crm.
Office 365 has a template for bulk user import. you can utilize that.
