We are having an issue with any Purchase Line Item smartlist.The smartlist displays exactly half the number of maximum records specified in the Search Window.
If you select to have only 10 records displayed, the bottom of the smart list will show:
10 Purchase Line Items|Completed
However, there are only 5 results shown on the smart list grid. What could be causing this issue.
We are using GP version 9.0.0352

Thanks! Just noticed if I remove all restrictions it works fine. It is only when I have any kind of restrictions. I also have the same problem in GP10.
In GP10, I've noticed that the count of records in the purchase line items smartlist is always double the number of records returned ( the count is in the bottom left hand corner of the smartlist window). This is a bug so you need to make sure your max records returned field is at least twice the number of records you're expecting to return

If I change the number of records to 20 and run the same inquiry I will get 10 records displayed.
It always displays exactly half the number of records.
If you change the maximum number of records to 20 and run exactly the same inquiry, do you get 10 records displayed? Or are there really only 5 records to show?
